The right nutrition is important

Good nutrition contains sufficient essential nutrients to provide the body on cellular level with the needed substances for all functions the body performs: growth and regeneration, metabolic processes, moving, thinking and feeling.

When one or more essential nutrients are lacking, imbalances in the body can develop. These shortages cause symptoms that we often refer to as diseases. In many cases these situations are reversible and can disappear when the shortages are replenished and the balance in the body is restored.

Our modern industrialized nutrition is lacking many essential nutrients. It is therefore of no surprise that an increasing number of people develop all kinds of symptoms caused by this lack of necessary nutrients.

This is also called qualitative starvation. This means the body does not get the nutrients it needs to function optimally, despite a large enough volume that is eaten and no hungry feeling is experienced.

Stress and pollution

Besides nutrition, also the stress level and the pollution from our environment, like water, air and living conditions, play an important role in the total stress the body endures.

The many toxins that we engulf, in addition to the radiation that is unavoidable nowadays, can further pollute the body and block or suppress bodily functions. Due to this ‘toxin-stress’, the immune system of the body is weakened.
